"Checkout Was a Mess"
My cart froze twice, and then the payment page just kept looping like it had no idea what to do. I ended up retyping all my info again before finally giving up. I also tried emailing support, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t actually help

"Loyalty perks are decent, but nothing crazy"
I do like that Buds has a loyalty program because it’s saved me a bit on fees and shipping here and there. It’s not a huge difference, though, unless you’re buying often. The site works fine and everything, you just kind of wish the rewards felt a little more worthwhile.

I went in thinking my pickup order would be quick, but I ended up waiting around for what felt like forever while the staff seemed kind of annoyed that I was even asking about it, and by the time I finally got my order I was just frustrated and ready to leave.

I ordered from Buds and the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. The tracking barely updated for days, which got frustrating, especially when I was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to keep checking it over and over. The price was okay, but the long wait made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

Bought from Buds i could tell quickly everything was legit. The item matched the listing spot on, specs, condition, and everything included were exactly what they said. I usually assume there’s going to be some little detail off, but nope, it showed up just as expected. Easy, straightforward, and I’d buy from them again

"Worth checking, but compare first"
From what I saw, Buds has decent prices here and there, though I’m not totally sure they’re always better than buying local once shipping and fees get added in. I found what seemed like a fair deal, but I had to shop around a bit first. Overall, not bad value, just maybe not quite the obvious cheaper option every time.

"Payment process was way too frustrating"
I tried placing an order on budsgunshop and the whole payment part just wore me out because every option that seemed like a normal way to pay had some kind of catch or extra step or annoying little hassle attached to it, and I really didn’t feel like jumping through a bunch of hoops just to buy something online, so I finally gave up and didn’t finish the order.

I do like having the layaway option because it makes bigger purchases feel a bit easier to manage. The only thing is the rules can feel strict sometimes, like you’re trying to plan around them more than your own budget. It’s still useful, and I’d probably use it again, but a little more flexibility would make it feel a lot less stressful.

"Helpful enough, but not totally confident"
I asked the staff a few questions about the products, and they were nice and tried to help. But the way some of the answers came across made me feel like they weren’t 100% sure. They were polite the whole time, which I appreciated, but I still ended up checking a couple things myself before placing my order. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just expected them to sound a bit more knowledgeable.

"It Worked in the End, Just Took a Bit"
Overall, it did end up working out, so I’m happy about that, but I’ll be honest, it definitely took a little longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge problem, just one of those things where you’re waiting and wondering if it’s going to come together soon. In the end, everything turned out fine, so I can’t complain too much, but you may need a bit of patience.

My order got here on time, so no issues there. The box was a little beat up tho, and there really wasn’t much padding inside, which kinda surprised me. Nothing ended up being damaged luckily, but for something coming from a gun shop I figured it’d be packed a bit tighter. Not awful or anything, just average overal.

Placing the order was easy enough, but the processing felt slower than I thought it would be. There wasn’t much movement for a few days, so I kept checking back for updates. From the lack of updates, I kind of assumed they were backed up or just running behind, but it would’ve been nice if that was made clearer. It did eventually ship and everything turned out fine, I just wish the timing or communication had been better.

The gun showed up and works just fine, so no real complaints there :) The box was beat up though, and I noticed a small scuff on the finish. Not a huge deal, but for something new, I expected it to arrive a little cleaner...
